Green beans porridge



Green bean porridge is a food that is usually used for breakfast in Indonesia.
This foods has high poretein that  the main raw material comes from green bean. Green bean has many benefits, these are:

  1. Green beans have high protein
  2. Green beans have important minerals such as calcium and phosphorus is beneficial for strengthening bones.
  3. The fat is unsaturated fatty acids, so good for the heart.
  4. Green beans contain vitamin B1.
  5. Green beans also contain vitamin B2

Seasoning and cooking ingredient:
¼ kg green beans soaked in water overnight
160 gr brown sugar
100 grams sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 sachet vanilla
2 pieces pandan leaves
1.5 liters coconut milk
500 ml of water
2 cm ginger, crushed

How to make:
  1. Boil the green beans with water, pandan leaves, ginger, cinnamon until tender andv last water remain.
  2. After that pour coconut milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and cook until boiling,
  3. Remove and serve.
